Warranty & Returns

Please read the POMPIDOO Warranty and Return/Exchanges policies carefully. 

Warranty policy

POMPIDOO warrants POMPIDOO stylish camera bags against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. Two-year warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized POMPIDOO dealer or POMPIDOO directly.

POMPIDOO warranty does not cover a natural wear out as well as mechanic defects such as scratches, cuts, stains and any other marks caused by external influence. The warranty also does not cover defects caused by carrying more than 3kg of weight in the camera bag or by similar misuse.

Shall the warranty conditions be fulfilled, we will be happy to replace or repair your bag. We reserve the right to replace a product with a model of like appearance and value if the exact model is not available. POMPIDOO will refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

Returns and exchange policy

In case you decide to return or exchange your newly bought POMPIDOO camera bag, you can do so within 14 days of bag receipt (according to the shipping tracking information) provided the bag was not used and remains in perfect condition. 

Before requesting a return or exchange, please take a moment to read these important return conditions below:

  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs;
  • Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging;
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods;
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility;
  • Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).  If you are returning an item from outside of the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in order for us to receive your item. We advise that you contact your chosen postal service provider for further information.

In order to request a return or exchange please email us at: pompidoo@pompidoo.com. Please send us the following information: purchase order number and reasons for return or exchange. Once we approve your return, you can send the bag to the address, which we will provide. We will inspect the bag before we proceed with the money refund and inform you about decision accordingly.

Additional clauses

POMPIDOO offers an extensive color range and we would like to bring your attention to the fact that various lighting conditions as well as various screen calibrations may result in a slightly different perception of the real color/shade of the bag.

If you have any doubts about the color or its shade, please contact our Support Team and we’ll do our best to navigate you through our palette.
